Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Independent Business Owner MLM di PT.Orindo Alam Ayu (ORIFLAME) Cab.Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Independent Business Owner (IBO) ORIFLAME pada level Consultant 9% sampai Senior Manager 21%. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu teknik berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan data skala kepemimpinan Situasional dan skala Motivasi Kerja dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan tedapat nilai koefisien (Rxy) 0,538 dengan p=0,276 < 1,286. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini “diterima”, yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan situasional terhadap motivasi kerja Independent Business Owner (IBO), dengan asumsi bahwa semakin tinggi kepemimpinan situasional maka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja, demikian sebaliknya semakin rendah kepemimpinan situasional maka semakin rendah motivasi kerja. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut adalah sebesar artinya kepemimpinan situasional berkontribusi terhadap motivsi kerja sebesar 28,7%. Kepemimpinan situasional dalam penelitian ini tergolong rendah karena (mean hipotetik = 82,5 > mean empirik = 74,32), dan motivasi kerja dalam penelitian ini tergolong rendah karena (mean hipotetik = 90 > mean empirik = 69,84). This study aims to find the effect of situational leadership on work motivation of MLM Independent Business Owners at PT. Orindo Alam Ayu (ORIFLAME) Medan Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is the Independent Business Owner (IBO) of ORIFLAME at the 9% Consultant level to 21% Senior Manager. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely a technique based on certain criteria, so the sample in this study amounted to 50 IBO. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive influence between Situational Leadership and Work Motivation. The data collection technique Situasional Leadership scale and Work Motivation scale using a Likert scale. Data analysis used Simple Linear Regression. Based on the analysis that has been done, there is a coefficient value (Rxy) of 0.538 with p = 0.276 < 1.286. These results indicate that the hypothesis in this study is "accepted", that is, there is a positive and significant influence between situational leadership on the work motivation of Independent Business Owners (IBO), with the assumption that the higher the situational leadership, the higher the work motivation, and vice versa the lower the situational leadership. the lower the work motivation. The coefficient of determination of the correlation is =0.287, meaning that situational leadership contributes to work motivation of 28.7%. Situational leadership in this study is low because (hypothetical mean = 82.5 > empirical mean = 74.32), and work motivation in this study is low because (hypothetical mean = 90 > empirical mean = 69.84).
