Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work value dengan workplace well-being pada karyawan di CV. Hazelia Medika Pekanbaru. Work value Value merujuk pada sikap individu terhadap kerja dan berkaitan dengan makna yang diberikan oleh individu terhadap kerja nya. Workplace well-being merupakan sebuah kesejahteraan yang berada di tempat kerja yang bisa mempengaruhi hal positif dan negative serta dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pada karyawan. Hipotesisi yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif antara work value dengan workplace well-being pada karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling, sample berjumlah 55 orang karyawan. Metode pengambilan menggunakan model skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala work value dan skala workplace well-being. Metode analisis data korelasi Product Moment dari Karl Pearson. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh koefisien , koefisien determinan , dengan P = 0,000. Perhitungan nilai rata-rata hipotetik dan empirik work value 50 dan 63,05, maka tergolong tinggi dan workplace well-being 120 dan 149,24 maka tergolong tinggi. Sedangkan Be% = 29,2 % masih ada 70,8 % faktor lain nya yang dapat mempengaruhi workplace well-being. Hal ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the correlation between work values and workplace well-being on employees at CV. Hazelia Medika Pekanbaru. Work value Value refers to an individual's attitude towards work and is related to the meaning given by an individual to his or her work. Workplace well-being is a well-being that is in the workplace that can affect positive and negative things and can affect employee performance. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between work values and workplace well-being in employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used total sampling, the sample amounted to 55 employees. The retrieval method uses a Likert scale model. This study uses a work value scale and a workplace well-being scale. Product Moment correlation data analysis method from Karl Pearson. Based on the data analysis, the coefficient r_xy=0.540, the determinant coefficient r^2=0.292, with P = 0.000. Calculation of the average hypothetical and empirical work values of 50 and 63.05, it is classified as high and workplace well-being is 120 and 149.24, which is high. While Be% = 29.2% there are still 70.8% of other factors that can affect workplace well-being. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
