Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Keputusan Investasi dan Kebijakan Deviden terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Sektor Transportasi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan, keputusan investasi dan kebijakan deviden terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah 46 data laporan keuangn perusahaan dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 10 sampel perusahaan transportasi dengan 50 data laporan keuangan perusahaan. Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada waktu penelitian 2016-2020. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolonearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi kemudian analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji parsial dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to determine the effect of company growth, investment decisions and dividend policy on firm value. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The research population was 46 company financial statement data using purposive sampling method so that 7 samples of transportation companies were obtained with 35 company financial statement data. The object of research is the transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2020 research period. The data analysis method in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test then multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing which includes partial test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that company growth had a positive and significant effect on firm value, investment decisions had a positive and significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy had no positive and significant effect on firm value.
