Abstract: Bus Trans Metro Deli merupakan sebuah sarana dan prasarana transportasi angkutan berbasis bus yang dihadirkan oleh Pemeritah Kota Medan bersama Dinas Pehubungan Kota Medan yang diharapkan menjadi angkutan umum perkotaan yang lebik baik dari segi kinerja dan pelayanan terhadapat pengguna jasa angkutan umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau parameter kinerja dan kepuasan pengguna akan pelaksanaan kinerja bus Trans Metro Deli khususnya rute Tembung – Lapangan Merdeka. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan melakukan observasi dan mengumpulkan data di lapangan seperti jumlah penumpang, waktu antara, dan waktu tempuh dan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 100 responden untuk mengetahui presepsi penumpang dan kepuasan penumpang atas kinerja pelayanan bus Trans Metro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Importance Performance Analysis dan Customer Satisfaction Index. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tinjauan parameter kinerja maka diperoleh faktor muat rata-rata sebesar 40,57% waktu tempuh rata-rata sebesar 56,63 menit, waktu antara sebesar 8,99 menit. Maka, parameter faktor muat dan waktu tempuh perlu dilakukan perbaikan karena nilainya tidak sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari presepsi penumpang terhadap kinerja pelayanan bus Trans Mebidang, maka yang perlu mendapat perbaikan adalah indikator 11, 21 dan 22. Dan berdasarkan hasil tingkat kepuasan penumpang diperoleh sebesar 87,036% termasuk dalam kategori sangat puas. The Trans Metro Deli Bus is a bus-based transportation facility and infrastructure presented by the Medan City Government together with the Medan City Transportation Service which is expected to be a better urban public transportation in terms of performance and service to users of public transportation services. This study aims to review the performance parameters and user satisfaction with the performance of the Trans Metro Deli bus, especially the Tembung – Merdeka field route. This study began by observing and collecting data in the field such as the number of passengers, time between, and travel time and distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents to determine passenger perceptions and passenger satisfaction on the performance of Trans Metro bus services. The method used in this research is the Importance Performance Analysis method and the Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results of the review of performance parameters, the average load factor is 40.57%, the average travel time is 56.63 minutes, the average headway is 8.99 minutes. So, the parameters of the load factor and travel time need to be improved because their values are not in accordance with the standards that have been set. Based on the results of research on passenger perceptions of the performance of the Trans Me Field bus service, what needs to be improved are indicators 11, 21 and 22. And based on the results of the level of passenger satisfaction obtained by 87.036% included in the category of very satisfied.
