Abstract: Pene\itian ini bersifat kualitatif dan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang proses penerimaan diri remaja perempuan fatherless yang ditinggalkan ayah sejak usia dini. Terna penelitian ini memfokuskan pada gambaran proses penerimaan diri, fak:tor penerimaan diri, dan ciri-ciri penerimaan diri. Responden dalam pene\itian ini adalah remaja usia 18-21 tahun dengan latar belakangfatherless. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Data teTSebut didukung dengan data tambahan dari informan yaitu rekan mereka. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa para remaja perempuan dengan latar belak:ang fatherless memiliki sikap penerimaan diri meskipun kehidupan mereka sangat sulit. Faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan diri remaja perempuan dengan latar be\ak:ang fatherless antara lain harapan realistis, keberhasilan, pemahaman diri, wawasan sosial, konsep diri yangstabil, tidak adanya hambatan \ingkungan, tidak memi\iki stres emosi yang berat, identifikasi seseorang yang memi\iki penyesuaian diri baik, perspektif diri, hubungan orangtua dan anak., dan pola asuh orangtua. Penerimaan diri dari remaja tersebut menjadikan mereka memahami bahwa tidak semua hal dapal dikendalikan oleh diri. Akan tetapi dari segi konsep diri mereka cenderung kurang stabil seperti melakukan tindakan yang negatif, mereka mengalami harnbatan terhadap lingkungannya, dan mereka mengalami stres. This research is qualitative in nature and aims to obtain a description of the process of self-acceptance of fatherless female adolescents abandoned by his father at an early age. The meaning of this research focuses on description of the process of self-acceptance, factors of self-acceptance, and characteristics accepting yourself. Respondents in this study were adolescents aged 18-21 years with a fatherless background. Data obtained by conducting interviews and observation. The data is supported by additional data from informants namely their colleagues. The results of this study indicate that teenagers women with a fatherless background have an attitude of self-acceptance although their life is very difficult. Factor affecting self-acceptance of young women with fatherless backgrounds, among others realistic expectations, success, self-understanding, social insight, self-concept stable, no environmental barriers, no emotional stress weight, identification of someone who has good adjustment, self-perspective, parent-child relationship, and parenting style. Acceptance of these teenagers make them understand that not all things can self controlled. However, in terms of self-concept they tend to less stable as doing negative actions, they experience obstacles to their environment, and they experience stress.
