This study aims to determine the correlation between organizational climate and work discipline of the employees of the National Narcotics Agency of North Sumatra Province (BNNP-SU). The hypothesis proposed is that there is a correlation between organizational climate and employee work discipline. The sampling technique used is purposive sample. The population amounted to 67 employees with the sample in this study amounted to 41 employees. The method used is a quantitative method. Collecting data using the organizational climate scale and work discipline scale using the Likert Scale scaling method. Data analysis used Spearman Rank correlation. Based on the results of data analysis, there is a very significant positive correlation between organizational climate and employee work discipline (𝑟𝑠 = 0.587; P = 0.000 <0.05), so the hypothesis is accepted. Furthermore, it is known that the contribution of organizational climate to employee work discipline is 30.9%. It is known that the organizational climate is classified as very good where the hypothetical mean is 77,5 < from the empirical mean of 107,6 and the difference exceeds the SD value of 10,079. Then, the work discipline is also classified as very good where the hypothetical mean is 80 < from the empirical mean of 107 and the difference exceeds the SD value of 10,181.en_US
