Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan, Growth Opportunity Dan Firm Size Terhadap Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Farmasi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016-2020

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan, Growth opportunity dan Firm Size Terhadap Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Farmasi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016- 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria diperoleh sebanyak 7 (tujuh) sampel dari 12 (Dua belas) perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder, dan dengan teknik pengambilan data dokumentasi yang diakses melalui www.idx.co.id dan www.ojk.go.id. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, Growth opportunity secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan firm size secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Hasil uji secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan, Growth opportunity, dan firm size berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016- 2020 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the influence of financial performance, Growth opportunity and firm size on the capital structure of manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The population in this study is the Pharmaceutical Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016- 2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. Based on the criteria obtained as many as 7 (seven) samples from 12 (twelve) companies. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data with secondary data sources, and with documentation data collection techniques which are accessed through www.idx.co.id and www.ojk.go.id. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Eviews 10 software. The results showed that partially financial performance had a significant effect on capital structure , Growth opportunity partially has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, while firm size partially has a significant effect on capital structure, the test results simultaneously show that financial performance, Growth opportunity, and firm size have a positive and significant effect on the capital structure of the Pharmaceutical Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020.
