dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Financial leverage, Profitabilitas, dan Likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor Property dan real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019 dan 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019 dan 2020 yang berjumlah 64 perusahaan. Berdasarkan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling didapatkan sampel sebanyak 21 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dari laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan di website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Financial leverage (debt equity ratio) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (tobins Q), profitabilitas (return on asset) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (tobins Q), likuiditas (cash ratio) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (tobins Q), dan bahwa debt equity ratio, return on asset, cash ratio secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap tobins Q sebesar 34,3% dan sisanya sebesar 65,7% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial leverage, Profitability, and Liquidity on the value of companies in the Property and real estate sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 and 2020 periods. This research is a type of Associative research. The population in this study is property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 and 2020 periods, totaling 64 companies. Based on the sampling technique with purposive sampling, a sample of 21 companies was obtained. The data collection technique uses documentation from financial statements published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that financial leverage (debt equity ratio) has a significant effect on company value (tobins Q), profitability (return on assets) does not have a significant effect on company value (tobins Q), liquidity (cash ratio) does not have a significant effect on company value (tobins Q), and that debt equity ratio, return on assets, cash ratio together affect tobins Q by 34.3% and the remaining 65.7% are influenced by variables other than this study.en_US
