Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Hubungan Antara Budaya organisasi dengan Work Engagement pada pegawai di Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 pegawai dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model skala likert melalui dua skala, yaitu skala budaya organisasi dan skala work engagement. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment ( sebesar 0,773 dengan P=0,000 < 0,010 artinya terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan work engagement pada pegawai di dinas bina marga dan bina konstruksi provinsi sumatera utara, yang semakin tinggi Budaya Organisasinya maka semakin tinggi Work Engagement yang ditunjukkan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data yang diperoleh tingkat budaya organisasi pada pegawai dalam penelitian ini tergolong tinggi dimana mean hipotetik (67,5) < mean empirik (81,59) dan selisihnya melebihi bilangan satu SD (8,746). Pada work engagement pegawai baik dimana mean hipotetik (95) < mean empirik (116,66) dan selisihnya melebihi bilangan satu SD (13,509). Dengan demikian hipotesis yang berbunyi Ada Hubungan Antara Budaya Organisasi dengan Work Engagement pada pegawai dinyatakan diterima. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut sebesar (= 0,598 artinya budaya organisasi memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap work engagement pegawai sebesar 59,8% dan 40,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. This study aims to examine the correlation between organizational culture and work engagement for employees at the department of bina marga and construction development in the province of North Sumatra. The population used in this study amounted to 70 employee and the sample used in this study 70 employee. The sampling technique used was the total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale model through two scales, namely the organizational culture scale and the work engagement scale. Data analysis used the product moment correlation technique (0,773 with P=0,000 < 0,010, meaning that there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational culture and work engagement for employees at the bina marga and construction development services in North Sumatra Province, which shows that the higher the organizational culture, the higher the organizational culture.the higher the work engagement. Based on the results of the calculation of the data obtained, the level of organizational culture in employees in this study is classified as high where the hypothetical mean (67.5) < empirical mean (81.59) and the difference exceeds the number one SD (8.746). In employee work engagement is good, where the hypothetical mean (95) < empirical mean (116.66) and the difference exceeds the number one SD (13,509). Thus the hypothesis which reads there is a correlation between organizational culture and work engagement on employees is declared accepted. The coefficient of determination of the correlation is (= 0.598, meaning that organizational culture contributes effectively to employee work engagement of 59.8% and 40,2% influenced by other factors.
