Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Caritas PSE Lubuk Pakam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Caritas PSE Lubuk Pakam, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 50 orang, adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Bentuk skala dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat satu skala, yaitu skala persepsi kerja dan untuk kinerja karyawan diperoleh langsung dari data perusahaan tersebut. Dengan koefisien reliabilitas persepsi kerja dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach 0,955. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan antara persepsi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dimanan P (Sig) 0,000< 0,005 dengan koefisien determinan (R²)=0,419. Selanjutnya diketahui kontribusi persepsi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 41,9% sedangkan 58,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Diketahui rata-rata persepsi kerja karyawan sebesar 30,722 sedangkan untuk melihat kategori kinerja nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dibandingkan dengan keterangan nilai dari perusahaan yaitu sebesar 2,32. This study aims to determine the effect of job perception on employee performance at Caritas PSE Lubuk Pakam. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of Caritas PSE Lubuk Pakam, and the sample in this study was 50 people, while the sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The form of the scale in this study is the Likert scale. In this study there is one scale, namely the work perception scale and for employee performance obtained directly from the company's data. With a work perception reliability coefficient with Cronbach's Alpha formula 0.955. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis, it shows that there is a significant effect between job perception on employee performance where P (Sig) 0.000 < 0.005 with the determinant coefficient (R²) = 0.419. Furthermore, it is known that the contribution of work perception to employee performance is 41.9% while 58.1% is influenced by other factors. It is known that the average employee's perception of work is 30,722 while to see the performance category the average value obtained is compared with the description of the value of the company, which is 2.32.
