Abstract: Fenomena terkait kinerja perawat di RSU. Sundari Medan saat ini, terdapat perawat yang merasa kurang puas terhadap pembagian jam kerja yang ditetapkan,pimpinan juga kurang mampu melakukan negosiasi kepada perawat, hal tersebut menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kurang diberikan. Fenomena lain yang terjadi di RSU. Sundari, terdapat perawat yang melaksanakan pekerjaannya tidak sesuai dengan pola asuhan keperawat, ditandai adanya keluhan pada pemakai jasa keperawatan yang merasa kurang puas akan pelayanan yang diberikan, hal tersebut menandakan kurangnya kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat sebesar 3,859. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat sebesar 3,427. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat sebesar 4,010. Secara keseluruhan gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat sebesar 14,982. Secara langsung gaya kepemimpinan tanpa melalui Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan tehadap kinerja perawat sebesar 0,432. Secara langsung gaya kepemimpinan tanpa melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat sebesar 0,402 sedangkan motivasi kerja tanpa melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat sebesar 0,359. Secara langsung motivasi kerja tanpa melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat sebesar 0,317. sehingga didapat kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen namun bila menggunakan variabel intervening maka didapat hasil variabel tersebut tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. This study aims to determine whether leadership style, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance of 3.859. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance of 3.427. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance of 4.010. Overall, leadership style, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance of 14.982. Directly leadership style without going through work motivation has a significant effect on nurse performance of 0.432. Directly leadership style without going through job satisfaction has a significant effect on nurse performance by 0.402 while work motivation without going through job satisfaction has a significant effect on nurse performance by 0.359. Directly work motivation without going through job satisfaction has a significant effect on nurse performance of 0.317. so that it can be concluded that partially or simultaneously the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, but when using the intervening variable, the results of these variables do not have a positive and significant effect.
