dc.descriptionTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara lingkungan kerja nonfisik dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling. Sampel 79 orang guru SMP Negeri Medan yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi penilaian kinerja guru yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, skala lingkungan kerja nonfisik, dan skala motivasi kerja. Analisis data untuk melihat hubungan antara lingkungan kerja nonfisik dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji regresi berganda diperoleh hasil: (1) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja nonfisik dengan kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling (r = 0,604; p < 0,05); (2) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling (r = 0,426; p < 0,05); (3) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja nonfisik dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling (Freg = 23,211; p < 0,05); (4) Sumbangan efektif dari variabel lingkungan kerja nonfisik terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling sebesar 36,50% kemudian sumbangan efektif dari variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling sebesar 18,20%.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between non-physical work environment and work motivation with guidance and counseling teacher performance. Sample of 79 teachers SMP field taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection tool used was documentation of teacher performance assessment conducted by the principal, non-physical work environment scale, work motivation scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression test results: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between the non-physical work environment with guidance and counseling teacher performance (r = 0.604, p <0.05); (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between motivation work with guidance and counseling teacher performance (r = 0.426, p <0.05); (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the non-physical work environment and work motivation with the guidance and counseling teacher performance (Freg = 23.211, p <0.05 ); (4) the effective contribution of non-physical work environment variables on the performance of teacher guidance and counseling at 36.50% then the effective contribution of the variable motivation to work on teacher performance guidance and counseling at 18.20%.en_US
