Pengaruh Kepribadian Wirausaha, Lingkungan Bisnis dan Pengetahuan Wirausaha terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Masyarakat Desa Tanjung Gusta

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kepribadianwirausaha, Lingkugan Bisnis Dan Pengetahuan Wirausaha Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Masyarakat Desa Tanjung Gusta’’ Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu suatu penelitian yang mendeskripsikan atau menganalisis suatu hasil penelitian tetapi tidak dingunakan untuk membuat kesimpulan yang lebih luas. penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk memperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel kepribadian wirausaha terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada terhadap minat berwirausaha masyarakat Desa Tanjung Gusta, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar T- hitung sebesar 5,150 dan T-tabel 1.660 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 karena T-hitung > T_tabel ( 5,150>1,660), signifikansi (0,000<0,05), dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif sebesar 0,220. variabel lingkungan bisnis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha masyarakat Desa Tanjung Gusta. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilia t-hitung sebesar 1,765 dan t-tabel 1,660 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,044 karena thitung > ttabel (1.765 > 1,660), signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,002<0,05), dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif sebesar0,321. Variabel pengetahuan wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha masyarakat Desa Tanjung Gusta. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilait-hitung sebesar 2,887 dan t-tabel 1,660 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,005 karena thitung > ttabel (2,887 < 1,660), signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,003< 0,05), dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif sebesar 0,224. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa variabel kepribadi wirausaha, lingkungan bisnis dan pengetahuan wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausa masyarakat Desa Tanjung Gusta. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari Nilai Adjusted R2 persamaan sebesar 0,765 artinya bahwa variabel minat berwirausaha (dependent) yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kepribadian wirausaha , lingkungan bisnisdan pengetahuan (independent) dalam penelitian ini sebesar 76,5% sedangkan 23,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan oleh penelitian ini. Based on the results of the research, partially, the entrepreneurial knowledge variable has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the Tanjung Gusta Village community. This can be seen from the t-count value of 2.887 and t-table 1.660 with a significance level of 0.005 because tcount> ttable (2.887 <1.660), the significance is less than 0.05 (0.003 <0.05), and the regression coefficient has a value positive of0.224. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the variables of personality, business environment and entrepreneurial knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in the Tanjung Gusta Village community. This can be seen from the Equation Adjusted R2 value of 0.765 which means that the variable interest in entrepreneurship (dependent) which can be explained by the variables of personality, business environment, and knowledge (independent) in this study is 76.5% while 23.5% is influenced by variables. others that are not explained by this study.
