Therefore it become a challenge every Government organizations, including the Regional Disaaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Medan whose primary task is to assist the local government in disaster relief efforts in the city of Medan as well as disaster risk reduction comprehensively and systematically supported by a strong commitment from all parties (stakeholders) should be able to manage their employees with the best. Going forward BPBDs Medan City will fix the quality of its human resources.
