Abstract: Strategi merupakan sebuah cara yang berfungsi untuk mempertahankan, mempromosikan sebuah produk, barang dan jasa. Strategi sangat penting bagi sektor industri pariwisata. Selain untuk mendapatkan keuntungan strategi juga mampu meminimalisir kegagalan, mencegah ancaman serta mampu memanfaatkan peluang. Covid-19 menyebabkan turunnya jumlah pengunjung ke Pantai Libra SS Muara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan dalam promosi Pantai Libra SS Muara, untuk mengetahui langkah yang digunakan dalam menerapkan Cleaning, Healthy, Safety, Environment Sustainability (CHSE), serta untuk mengetahui apakah menggunakan Storynomic Tourism dalam promosi. Pantai Libra SS Muara berlokasi di Jl. Sisingamangaraja No. 08 Desa Untemungkur Kecamatan Muara Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Hasil penelitian yaitu pengelola Pantai Libra SS Muara menggunakan strategi promotion mix dengan memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram, Facebook dan Youtube, karena media sosial dapat diakses oleh siapapun dan kapanpun. Cakupannya juga cukup luas, serta informasi mudah tersebar dan tidak memakan waktu dan biaya yang banyak. Pandemi yang melanda mengharuskan pihak pengelola Pantai Libra SS Muara untuk menerapkan CHSE demi menjaga keselamatan, keamanan pengunjung serta mencegah penyebaran Covid-19. Storynomic Tourism belum diterapkan dalam mempromosikan Pantai Libra SS Muara, karena kurangnya orang yang mampu mengendalikan di bidang promosi dan pihak pengelola tidak mengetahui tentang Storynomic Tourism. Strategy is a way that serves to maintain, promote a product, goods and services. Strategy is very important for the tourism industry sector. In addition to getting benefits, the strategy is also able to minimize failures, prevent threats and be able to take advantage of opportunities. Covid-19 caused a decrease in the number of visitors to Libra Beach SS Muara. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategies used in the promotion of Libra Beach SS Muara, to find out the steps used in implementing Cleaning, Healthy, Safety, Environment Sustainability (CHSE), and to find out whether to use Storynomic Tourism in promotion. Libra Beach SS Muara is located on Jl. Sisingamangaraja No. 08 Untemungkur Village, Muara District, North Tapanuli Regency. The results of the study were that the manager of Libra Beach SS Muara used a promotion mix strategy by utilizing social media Instagram, Facebook and Youtube, because social media can be accessed by anyone and anytime. The scope is also quite wide, and the information is easily spread and does not take a lot of time and costs. The pandemic that hit required the management of Libra Beach SS Muara to implement CHSE in order to maintain the safety, security of visitors and prevent the spread of Covid-19. Storynomic Tourism has not been implemented in promoting SS Muara Libra Beach, due to the lack of people who are able to control in the field of promotion and the management does not know about Storynomic Tourism.
