Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan mengetahui Hubungan Antara Dukungan Keluarga dengan Work-Family Conflict Pada Polwan Di Polda Sumut. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 polisi wanita direktorat kriminal umum di Polda Sumut. Adapun teknik yang dipakai peneliti yaitu dengan tekhknik purposive sampling. Dukungan kelurga dalam penelitian ini diukur berdasarkan aspek dukungan keluarga menurut Gunarsa & Gunarsa (2012) : Memberi dukungan nyata, Memberi perhatian, Memberi kehangatan, Member kasih sayang dan perlindungan. Work-family conflict dalam penelitian ini diukur berdasarkan aspek-aspek menurut Kopelman (dalam Apollo dan Cahyadi, 2012) meliputi Aspek pengasuhan anak, Bantuan pekerjaan rumah tangga, Komunikasi dan interaksi dengan anak dan suami, Waktu untuk keluarga, Menentukan prioritas, Tekanan karir, Tekanan keluarga, Serta pandangan suami terhadap peran ganda wanita. Dimana semakin tinggi skor Work-family conflict maka semakin tinggi nilai Work-family conflict, sebaliknya semakin rendah skor Work-family conflict maka semakin tinggi nilai Work-family conflict. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan negative antara Dukungan keluarga dengan Work-family Conlfict. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,771, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,595. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Dukungan sosial berdistribusi sebesar 59,5%% terhadap Work-family Conflict. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata hipotetik dan empirik dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan keluarga tergolong rendah dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 57,5dan nilai mean empirik sebesar 45,27. Selanjutnya dapat disimpulkan juga bahwa Work-family Conflict tergolong tinggi dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 100 dan nilai empirik sebesar 118,84. This study aims to empirically test and determine the correlation between family support and work family conflict among female police officers at the North Sumatra Police. The sample used in this study were 45 female police officers from the general criminal directorate at the North Sumatra Police. The technique used by the researcher is purposive sampling technique. Family support in this study was measured based on aspects of family support according to Gunarsa & Gunarsa (2012): Giving real support, giving attention, giving warmth, giving affection and protection. Work-family conflict in this study was measured based on aspects according to Kopelman (in Apollo and Cahyadi, 2012) including aspects of child care, housework assistance, communication and interaction with children and husband, time for family, setting priorities, career pressure, Family pressure, as well as the husband's view of the dual role of women. Where the higher the Work-family conflict score, the higher the Work-family conflict score, conversely, the lower the Work-family conflict score, the higher the Work-family conflict score. Based on the calculation of the product moment correlation analysis, it can be seen that there is a negative correlation between family support and work-family conflict. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.771, with significant p = 0.000 <0.05. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2= 0,595. This shows that social support is distributed by 59.5%% of Workfamily Conflict. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothetical and empirical mean values, it can be concluded that family support is low with a hypothetical mean value of 57.5 and an empirical mean of 45.27. Furthermore, it can also be concluded that Work-family Conflict is classified as high with a hypothetical value of 100 and an empirical value of 118.84.
