dc.description.abstractBadan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan lembaga usaha desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah desa dalam upaya memperkuat perekonomian desa. Pemerintah Desa Mampang mendirikan BUMDes pada tanggal 23 Desember 2016. BUMDes yang sedang dijalankan saat ini mempunyai nama usaha yaitu Mampang Maju Bersama. Adapun jenis usahanya yakni : simpan pinjam dan fotocopy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan badan usaha milik desa serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan BUMDes di Desa Mampang Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif sebagai analisis data. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, BPD Desa, Direktur BUMDes, Sekretaris BUMDes, Bendahara BUMDes, masyarakat. Pengumpulan data berdasarkan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa peran pemerintah desa dalam penyelenggaraan dan pengelolaan BUMDes di desa tidak signifikan dan cenderung tidak mampu melangsungkan BUMDes untuk dapat berjalan optimal, kendala yang dihadapi pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan yaitu faktor modal, faktor kepercayaan pemerintah desa terhadap masyarakat dan faktor sosialisasi komunikasi. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are village business intitutions managed by the community and the village government in an effort to strengthen the village economy. The Mampang village government established BUMDes on December 23, 2016. The BUMDes currently in Mampang village has a business name, namely go ahead together, as a for the types of business namely : savings and loan, Fotocopy. This study aims to determine the role of the village government in the management of the BUMDes, to find out what are the obstacles faced by the village government in the management of the BUMDes in the Mampang village, Kotapinang District, Sounth Labuhanbatu Regency. This study uses a qualitative method as data analysis sources of data in this study are the village head, village BPD, BUMDes director, BUMDes secretary, BUMDes treasurer, public. Data collection is bassed on observation techniques, interview, documentation. In this study concluded that the role of the village government in the implementation and management of BUMDes in the village is not significant and tends not to be able to carry out the BUMDes to be able to run optimally, the obstacles faced by the village government in management are the capital factor, the trust factor of the village government towards the community and the socialization and communication factor.en_US
