Abstract: Kriteria-kriteria alasan yang ditentukan pengguna moda angkutan umum adalah waktu perjalanan, waktu tunggu, biaya, headway, kenyamanan, kemudahan, keamanan. Moda terbaik yang menjadi pilihan para responden dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria/faktor biaya, keamanan, kenyamanan, kemudahan, headway dan waktu perjalanan adalah: moda Kereta Api dengan bobot 63%, sedangkan bus mebidang kurang diminati dibandingkan Kereta Api dengan bobot prioritas sebesar 37%. Dan faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam pemilihan moda tersebut ialah faktor keamanan dengan bobot prioritas sebesar 28%. The criteria for reasons determined by users of public transportation modes are: travel time, waiting time, cost, headway, convenience, convenience, security. The best mode is the choice of the respondents by considering the criteria/factors of cost, safety, comfort, convenience, headway and time trips are: Train mode with a weight of 63%, while buses are flat less desirable than Railways with a priority weight of 37%. And The most influential factor in choosing this mode is the safety factor with a priority weight of 28%.
