Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Disiplin Kerja dengan Kinerja Perawat di RSU. Vita Insani Pematang Siantar. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepada karyawan yang dapat digambarkan dengan kepribadian dan perilaku, prestasi dan hasil kerja dan proses kerja, sedangkan Disiplin kerja adalah sikap hormat terhadap peraturan dan ketetapan Rumah Sakit, yang ada dalam diri karyawan, yang menyebabkan ia dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan sukarela pada peraturan dan ketetapan Rumah Sakit Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 110 orang perawat dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 86 orang yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel metode random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu skala psikologi yaitu skala disiplin kerja dengan menggunakan model skala rating, sedangkan variabel kinerja menggunakan dokumen form penilaian Rumah Sakit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0.540 dengan p = 0,000 (p>0,050), artinya ada hubungan positif antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja perawat. Dengan hasil tersebut, hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja perawat diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi menunjukkan bahwa arah hubungan kedua variabel. Disiplin kerja memberikan sumbangan efektif, sebab hanya sebesar 29,20%. Mean empiric variabel disiplin kerja yang diperoleh yaitu 33,20 sedangkan mean empiric variabel kinerja perawat sebesar 80,64 lalu untuk mean hipotetik variabel disiplin kerja sebesar 30.00 dan mean hipotetik variabel Kinerja perawat dengan range 75-84 yaitu dalam kategori baik. This study aims to determine the correlation between Work Discipline and Nurse Performance at RSU. Vita Insani Pematang Siantar. Performance is the result of work both in quality and quantity achieved by a person in carrying out tasks according to the responsibilities given to employees which can be described by personality and behavior, achievements and work results and work processes, while work discipline is an attitude of respect for the rules and regulations of the House. Pain, which is in the employee, which causes him to adjust voluntarily to hospital rules and regulations. The population of this study was 110 nurses and the research sample was 80 people who were taken by using random sampling method. This study uses a psychological scale, namely the work discipline scale using a rating scale model, while the performance variable uses a hospital assessment form document. The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.540 with p = 0.000 (p> 0.050), meaning that there is a positive correlation between work discipline and nurse performance. With these results, the hypothesis in this study that there is a positive correlation between work discipline and nurse performance is accepted. The value of the correlation coefficient indicates that the direction of the correlation between the two variables. Work discipline contributes effectively, because it is only 29.20%. The empirical mean of the work discipline variable obtained is 33.20 while the empirical mean of the nurse's performance variable is 80.64, then the hypothetical mean of the work discipline variable is 30.00 and the hypothetical mean of the nurse's performance variable is in the range of 75- 84, which is in the good category.
