Selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan uji One Way Anova. This study aims to examine differences in assertive behavior in terms of the Big Five Personality of students. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale. The hypothesis in this study is that there are differences in assertive behavior in term of the Big Five Personality. The sample of this study amounted to 64 students of the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Medan Area. Respondens were given two scale, namely the assertive behavior scale which aims to see how high the students assertive behavior is and the scale aims to determine the tendencies of the respondents. Furthermore, data analysis using the One Way Anova test. The calculation results are known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference has a significance of 0,000 < 0,050. As seen from the distribution normality test, it is known that the empirical mean of assertive behavior in Extraversion personality = 61,31; Agreeableness = 47,77; Consciousness = 49,54; Neuroticism = 37,42; and Openness = 45,69. So it can be said that the Extraversion personality has the highest assertive behavior compared to the Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness personalities. So the hypothesis is assuming that individuals with Extraversion personality tend to have high assertive behavior compared to Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness personalities can be accepted.
