Abstract: Dunia usaha semakin menyadari bahwa perusahaan tidak lagi dihadapkan pada tanggung jawab yang berpijak pada nilai perusahaan (corporate value) yang direfleksikan hanya dalam kondisi keuangannya saja, namun juga harus memperhatikan aspek sosial dan lingkungannya. Hal itu pula yang terjadi pada industri perbankan. Perumusan strategi bisnis ditakukan tidak hanya mengacu pada aspek teknis saja, melainkan juga harus mempertimbangkan aspek etika bisnis. PT. Bank Sumut Medan merancang dan menerapkan berbagai program CSR sebagai wujud kepeduliannya terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (l) Mengetahui jenis program CSR beserta penerapannya terhadap sosial. (2) Mengetahui pengaruh penerapan progmm CSR terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor PT Bank Sumut Medan dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2015. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada nasabah Bank Sumut Medan serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka dan internet yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan memperhatikan syarat dari metode analisis yang digunakan. Analisis data untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel laten dalam penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (SEIO dengan menggunakan dengan bantuan software smartPlS. The business world is increasingly realizing that companies are no longer faced with responsibilities responsibility based on the value of the company (corporate value) which is reflected only in financial condition, but also must pay attention to social and environmental aspects. The same thing happened in the banking industry. The formulation of business strategy is not done only refers to the technical aspect, but must also consider the ethical aspect business. PT. Bank Sumut Medan designs and implements various CSR programs as: a form of concern for society and the environment. This study aims to: (l) Knowing the types of CSR programs and their social application. (2) Knowing the effect implementation of CSR program on customer loyalty. The research was conducted at the PT Bank Office North Sumatra Medan and carried out in May-June 2015. The data used in This research is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to Bank customers North Sumatra Medan and secondary data obtained from relevant literature and internet studies with the research topic. Determination of the sample is done purposively by taking into account requirements of the analytical method used. Data analysis to determine the effect between latent variables in the study were carried out using the structural equation modeling method (SEIO by using with the help of software smartPLS.
