dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan insentif dengan motivasi kerja pada karyawan PT. Mega Mas Plaza Bangunan Medan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif . Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang dan sampel sebanyak 40 orang, peneliti menggunakan teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan metode analisis korelasional, diketahui bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Insentif dengan Motivasi Kerja dilihat dari nilai koefisien (Rxy) yang memiliki nilai 0.879 dengan p atau signifikansinya 0.000 < 0.050, yang artinya hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Insentif dan Motivasi Kerja diterima. Begitu juga dengan nilai koefisien diterminan (R2) yang memiliki nilai 0,774, hal ini setara dengan 77,4%, artinya adalah bahwa Insentif pada karyawan perusahaan tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 77,4% terhadap Motivasi Kerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini Insentif pada karyawan PT. Mega Mas Plaza Bangunan Medan tergolong tinggi, berdasarkan pada nilai rata-rata empirik yang diperoleh (76,73) lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik (60). Selanjutnya diketahui bahwa Motivasi Kerja pada karyawan PT. Mega Mas Plaza Bangunan Medan tergolong tinggi juga, hal tersebut berdasarkan pada nilai rata-rata empirik yang diperoleh (79.05) lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik (60). The purpose of this study was to determine the correlate between incentives and work motivation on employees of PT. Mega Mas Plaza Medan Building. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was 40 people and a sample of 40 people, the researchers used a total sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis using the correlational analysis method, it is known that there is a significant positive correlation between incentives and work motivation seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) which has a value of 0.879 with p or a significance of 0.000 < 0.050, which means the hypothesis which states that there is a positive correlation and a significant difference between Incentives and Work Motivation is accepted. Likewise with the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) which has a value of 0.774, this is equivalent to 77.4%, meaning that incentives for employees of the company contribute 77.4% to employee work motivation. In this study incentives for employees of PT. Mega Mas Plaza Medan Building is classified as high, based on the empirical average value obtained (76.73) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (60). Furthermore, it is known that the work motivation of employees of PT. Mega Mas Plaza Medan Building is classified as high, it is based on the empirical average obtained (79.05) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (60).en_US
