dc.description.abstractpenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas kehidupan kerja dan persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan PTPN III Medan. berdasarkan teori yang ada diajukan hipotsis : 1. ada hubungan yang positif kualitas kehidupan hubungan kerja dan persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 2. ada hubungan positif antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 3. ada hubungan positif antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of work life and perceived organizational support with Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees of PTPN III Medan. Based on the existing theory, hypotheses are proposed: 1. There is a positive relationship between the quality of life of the work relationship and the perception of organizational support with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 2. There is a positive relationship between the quality of work life and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 3. There is a positive relationship between perceived organizational support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.en_US
