Abstract: Good Governance menjadi isu penting yang harus dilaksanakan untuk mencapai perbaikan tata pemerintahan di Indonesia, tidak hanya pada institusi pemerintah tetapi juga institusi pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan prinsip-rinsip Good Governance terhadap pelayanan pendidikan di Program Studi DIII Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Prodi DIII Perbankan telah menerapkan 3 (tiga) prinsip Good Governance yaitu akuntabilitas, berkeadilan, efektifitas dan efisiensi guna memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas kepada pengguna layanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik analisa gabungan (mixed method). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dan mahasiswa Prodi DIII Perbankan Syariah sebanyak 57 orang dan dipilih secara acak.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah dengan pengumpulan data primer dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan angket (kuesioner) serta pengumpulan data sekunder dengan menggunakan kepustakaan dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dari 57 responden kemudian dianalisis dengan koefisien korelasi product moment dan koefisien determinasi telah menunjukkan hasil bahwa prinsip-prinsip Good Governance dalam penelitian ini yaitu akuntabilitas, berkeadilan, efektif dan efisiensi memiliki pengaruh terhadap pelayanan pendidikan. Akuntabilitas memiliki pengaruh sebesar 58% terhadap pelayanan pendidikan, berkeadilan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 39% terhadap pelayanan pendidikan, efekiifitas dan efisiensi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 50% terhadap pelayanan pendidikan, dan secara umum prinsip Good Governance memiliki pengaruh 72% terhadap pelayanan pendidikan. Good Governance is an important issue that must be implemented to achieve improved governance in Indonesia, not only in government institutions but also educational institutions. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of applying the principles of Good Governance on educational services in the DIII Islamic Banking Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Ar-Raniry State Islamic University, Banda Aceh. The DIII Banking Study Program has implemented 3 (three) principles of Good Governance, namely accountability, fairness, effectiveness and efficiency in order to provide quality services to service users. The research method used is descriptive research method with a combined analysis technique (mixed method). The sample in this study were 57 students and students of the DIII Islamic Banking Study Program and were selected randomly. The data collection technique used was primary data collection using interview, observation and questionnaire techniques and secondary data collection using literature and studies. documentation. The data obtained from 57 respondents were then analyzed with the product moment correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination. It has shown that the principles of Good Governance in this study, namely accountability, fairness, effectiveness and efficiency have an influence on educational services. Accountability has an influence of 58% on educational services, justice has an influence of 39% on educational services, effectiveness and efficiency has an influence of 50% on educational services, and in general the principles of Good Governance have an influence of 72% on educational services.
