Abstract: Rendahnya perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota ditandai dengan pegawai langsung pulang begitu jam kerja selesai, kurang kesediaan membantu rekan kerja,penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan Hubungan Keterlibatan Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior, skala keterlibatan kerja ,dan skala iklim organisasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ; 1). Ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara keterlibatan kerja dan presepsi iklim organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota (F , = 42,067,koefisien korelasi rxix2y=0,695;p<0,001). 2). Ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara keterlibatan kerja dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota (『xy-0.657;p <0.001); bobot sumbangan efektif 43,2%. 3). Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi iklim organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (T<y = 0,342;p < 0,001); sumbangan efektif 18.6%.Total simbangan efektif dari kedun variabel bebas (keterlibatan kerja dan persepsi iklim organisasi) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior 48,3%. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 51,7% pengaruh dari faktor lain terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The low behavior of Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the State Civil Apparatus of the Fifty Cities District Health Office is characterized by employees going home immediately after working hours are over, lack of willingness to help colleagues, this study aims to see the relationship between Work Engagement and Organizational Climate with Organizational Citizenship Behavior, scale of involvement work, and the scale of the organizational climate. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that; 1). There is a very significant positive relationship between work involvement and perceptions of organizational climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the State Civil Apparatus of the Fifty Cities District Health Office (F, = 42,067, correlation coefficient rxix2y=0.695; p<0.001). 2). There is a very significant positive relationship between work involvement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the State Civil Apparatus of the Fifty Cities District Health Office (『xy-0.657; p <0.001); the effective contribution weight is 43.2%. 3). There is a significant positive relationship between perceptions of organizational climate and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (T <y = 0.342; p < 0.001); effective contribution 18.6%. The total effective balance of the independent variables (work involvement and perception of organizational climate) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 48.3%. From these results, it is known that there are still 51.7% of the influence of other factors on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
