dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan keterkaitan pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Kantor Cabang Medan. Masalah di fokuskan pada keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan keterkaitan pegawai dalam perusahaan. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, skala keterkaitan pegawai, dan skala kepuasan kerja kepada 92 orang karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia Kantor Cabang Medan dan dilakukan analisis secara kuantitaif dengan metode korelasi. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keseimbangan kehidupan kerja danketerkaitan pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Bank Central Asia. Dengan nilai F=4.16 dan nilai p=0.000. keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 22%. Keterkaitan pegawai memberikan kontribusi sebesar 16,7%. Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan keterkaitan pegawai terhadap kepuasan kerja sebanyak 38,3% hal ini berarti masih terdapat 61,7% faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. The aimed of this research is to determine the relationship between work life balance and employee engagement with job satisfaction among the employees of PT Bank Central Asia Medan. The problem is focused on the work life balance and employee engagement b y the company. Measuring tool use is work life balance scale, employee engagement scale, and job satisfaction scale to 92 employees of PT Bank Central Asia Medan and conducting quantitative data analysis with correlated method. The results obtained that th ere is a significant positive relationship between work life balance and employee engagement with job satisfaction. With the value of F = 4.16 and the value p = 0.000. Work life balance contributes to job satisfaction of 22%. Employee engagement contributes to job satisfaction of 16.7%. work life balance and employee engagement to job satisfaction as much as 38,7% this means there are still 61,3% other factors that can affect Job satisfaction.en_US
