Hubungan Kontrol Diri Dengan Perilaku Minor Cyberloafing Pada Karyawan PT.Abimayu Berkah Lestari

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kontrol diri dengan perilaku Minor Cyberloafing pada karyawan yang bekerja di Kantor PT. Abimanyu Berkah Lestari. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja PT. Abimanyu Berkah Lestari yang berjumlah 53 orang. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dan yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang. Hasil uji validitas pada variabel penelitian Kontrol Diri dan perilaku Minor Cyberloafing diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 3 dan 5 item gugur dari masing-masing variabel. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Korelasi Product Moment, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara Kontrol Diri dengan variabel perilaku Minor Cyberloafing dimana Rxy = 0,346 dengan tingkat (ρ) sebesar 0,000 sehingga ρ <0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan hipotesi nol (Ho) diterima, yang menujukan adanya hubungan negatif antara Kontrol Diri dengan perilaku Minor Cyberloafing, dengan asumsi semakin rendah Kontrol Dirimaka akan semakin tinggi pula perilaku Minor Cyberloafing pada karyawan yang bekerja di PT. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with the type of correlation research. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Abhimanyu Berkah Lestari, totaling 53 people. To determine the number of samples in this study using a total sampling technique and the sample of this study amounted to 53 people. The results of the validity test on the research variables of Self-Control and Minor Cyberloafing behavior showed that there were 3 and 5 items dropped from each variable. Based on the calculation of the Product Moment Correlation, it is known that there is a significant negative relationship between Self-Control and the Minor Cyberloafing behavior variable where Rxy = 0.346 with a level (ρ) of 0.000 so that <0.05. This shows that the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted, which indicates that there is a negative relationship between Self-Control and Minor Cyberloafing behavior, assuming the lower the Self- Control, the higher the Minor Cyberloafing behavior of employees working at PT. Abhimanyu Berkah Lestari.
