Abstract

Gampong Fund Allocation (Village) is a manifestation of the right of Gampong to carry out its autonomy to grow and develop. Gampong growth based on diversity, participation, democratization and community empowerment. The role of Gampong Government in building services and community welfare and accelerate the development and development of strategic areas, so as to develop areas within a system of development areas. From the background of the problem in East Aceh District about Gampong Fund Allocation, the authors formulate the problem in this research as follows: how the distribution and disbursement of financial assistance for Gampong conducted by the Team of Trustees of Gampong Fund Allocation in East Aceh District, .
