Hubungan Antara Resiliensi dengan Sress dalam Menyusun Skripsi pada Mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Medan Area

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara resiliensi dengan stress pada mahasiswa fakultas psikologi universitas medan area stambuk 2017. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 486 mahasiswa dan sampel yang diambil 100 subjek penelitian. Fenomena yang terjadi dilapangan sesuai dengan hasil penelitian, dimana banyak mahasiswa yang tamat tidak tepat waktu. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala liker dengan teknik purposive sampling dan pengujian hipotesis berdasarkan product moment. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi ry = -0,406, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya daya juang mahasiswa fakultas psikologi diuniversitas medan area tergolong rendah dalam menyelesaikan skrispi. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi sebanyak 16,50% untuk resiliensi dan stress sebanyak 83,50% yang dipengaruhi oleh factor lainnya, seperti perekonomian, Masalah kesehatan dan lainnya. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang berbunyi semakin tinggi resiliensi maka akan semakin rendah stress dan semakin rendah resiliensi maka akan semakin tinggi stress.
