Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Adversity Quotient dengan komitmen organisasi pada tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas sarudik kabupaten tapanuli tengah. Berdasarkan berbagai tinjauan teoritis maka hipotesis yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah Ada hubungan positif Adversity Quotient dengan Komitmen Organisasi. Dengan asumsi semakin tinggi Quotient maka semakin tinggi pula komitmen organisasi dan sebaliknya semakin rendah Adversity Quotient maka semakin rendah pula komitmen organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert yang terdiri dari dua skala yaitu skala Adversity Quotient dan skala Komitmen Organisasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Tenaga kesehatan puskesmas sarudik kabupaten tapanuli tengah yang berjumlah 90 orang yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Dalam upaya membuktikan hipotesis digunakan metode analisis data yaitu teknik korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan ada hubungan Adversity Quotient dengan Komitmen Organisasi pada Tenaga Kesehatan Puskesmas Sarudik Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah karena nilai signifikansi (p = 0,000 > 0,005), Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,0464 menunjukkan bahwa hubungan Adversity Quotient dengan Komitmen Organisasi tergolong tinggi. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian diterima. This study aims to determine the relationship between Adversity Quotient and organizational commitment to health workers at the Sarudik Public Health Center, Tapanuli Tengah Regency. Based on various theories, the hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between Adversity Quotient and Organization. Assuming the higher, the higher the organizational commitment and the lower the organizational commitment. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method using a Likert scale consisting of two scales, namely the Adversity Quotient scale and the Organizational Commitment scale. The sample in this study were all health workers at the Sarudik Public Health Center, Tapanuli Tengah Regency, which found 90 people who were taken using a total sampling technique, namely a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the total population. In an effort to prove the hypothesis the use of data analysis methods, namely the Product Moment correlation technique. Analysis of the results obtained shows that there is a relationship between Adversity Quotient and Organizational Commitment to Health Workers at the Sarudik Health Center, Central Tapanuli Regency because of the significance value (p = 0.000 > 0.005). The correlation coefficient of 0.0464 indicates that the relationship between Adversity Quotient and Organizational Commitment is based on high. Thus the research hypothesis is accepted.
