Abstract: Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PTPN II Tanjung Morawa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 orang, yang merupakan Karyawan. Sejalan dengan landasan teori yang ada maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh positif antara Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dengan Kinerja. Dengan asumsi semakin tinggi Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja maka semakin tinggi Kinerja, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja maka semakin rendah Kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja. Teknik pengambilan data sampel menggunakan Total Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Kinerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan Koefisien Determinan (R2) = 0,271 dengan P = 0,000 < 0,005 perhitungan nilai rata-rata hipotetik dan empirik Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja 75 dan 92,76 tergolong tinggi dan nilai rata-rata Kinerja 84,73 tergolong baik. Sedangkan BE% = 27,1% masih ada 72,9% faktor lain yang mempengaruhi Kinerja. Hal ini berarti hipotesis yang di ajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life on employee performance at PTPN II Tanjung Morawa. The sample in this study was 62 people, who were employees. In line with the existing theoretical basis, the hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive influence between Quality of Work Life and Performance. Assuming the higher the Quality of Work Life the higher the performance, and conversely the lower the Quality of Work Life the lower the perfomance. This study uses the Quality of Work Life scale. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling. Data analysis using Simple Linear Regression. Based on the data analysis conducted, the results obtained that there is a significant influence between Quality of Work Life on Performance. This is indicated by the Determinant Coefficient (R2) = 0.271 with P = 0.000 < 0.005. The calculation of the hypothetical and empirical average values of 75 and 92.76 is classfied as high and the average performance value is 84.73 which is considered good. While BE% = 27.1% there are still 72.9% other factors that affect performance. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
