Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kebun Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III; (2) menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kebun Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III; (3) menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kebun Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III; dan (4) menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan komitmen organisasi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kebun Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan kategori probability sampling dengan metode Slovin sebanyak 147 sampel. Berdasarkan analisis regresi berganda, diperoleh hasil (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III; (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III; (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III; dan (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan komitmen organisasi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III. The purposes of this study are (1) analyze significant effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III; (2) analyze significant effect of motivation on employee performance at Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III; (3) analyze significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III; and (4) analyze significant effect of organizational commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III. The form of research used in this research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the category of probability sampling with the Slovin method as many as 147 samples. Based on multiple regression analysis, the results are (1) there is a significant effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III; (2) there is no significant effect of motivation on employee performance at Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III; (3) there is a significant effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III; and (4) there is a significant effect of organizational commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Kebun Sei Putih PTPN III.
