Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pengetahuan Produk Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Mawar Bakery & Cake Shop Di Kecamatan Medan Helvetia. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variable diukur dengan skala interval.Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Konsumen Mawar Bakery & Cake Shop Di Kecamatan Medan Helvetia yang berjumlah 500 orang.Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 85 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variable Pengetahuan Produk mempengaruhi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Mawar Bakery & Cake Shop di Kecamatan Medan Helvetia.(2) secara parsial variable Kualitas Produk mempengaruhi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Mawar Bakery & Cake Shop Di Kecamatan Medan Helvetia.(3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variable Pengetahuan Produk dan Kualitas Produk mempengaruhi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Mawar Bakery & Cake Shop Di Kecamatan Medan Helvetia. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze , The Effect of Product Knowledge and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Mawar Bakery & Cake Shop in Medan Helvetia District. The research method used is associative research, where variables are measured by a interval scale. The data collection method was carried out by interview (interview), with a questionnaire and documentary study. The population in this study were all consumers, amounting to 500 people. Sampling with a saturated sampling method or better known as a census. In this study, the sample size is relatively small, namely as many as 85 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 22, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially the Product Knowledge variable influenced the Purchasing Decisions at Mawar Bakery & Cake Shop in Medan Helvetia District. (2) Partially the Product Quality variable influenced the Purchasing Decisions at Mawar Bakery & Cake Shop in Medan Helvetia District. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Product Knowledge and Product Quality variables affecting the Purchasing Decisions at Mawar Bakery & Cake Shop in Medan Helvetia District.
