dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara self efficacy dengan perilaku inovatif pada guru di SMK Musda Perbaungan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMK Musda Perbaungan yang berjumlah 41 orang. Teknik pengambilan data sampel menggunakan Total Sampling Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala Self Efficacy dan skala prilaku inovatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari pembahasan maka hal-hal yang dapat disimpulkan oleh peneliti adalah ada hubungan positif antara self efficacy dengan perilaku inovatif, yaitu dengan asumsi semakin tinggi self efficacy yang dimiliki guru, maka semakin tinggi tinggi perilaku inovatif yang di miliki guru tersebut. Begitu pula sebaliknya, dimana rxy =0,557 dengan signifikan p = 0.000 < 0,010. Dapat dikatakan bahwa subjek penelitian ini yaitu para guru SMK Musda Perbaungan memiliki Self Efficacy serta Perilaku Inovatif yang tinggi. This study aims to test empirically and determine whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy and innovative behavior among teachers at SMK Musda Perbaungan. The subjects in this study were 41 teachers at SMK Musda Perbaungan. The sampling data collection technique used total sampling. The data collection method was the Self Efficacy scale and the innovative behavior scale. Data analysis using Product Moment analysis. Based on the results of the analysis from the discussion, the things that can be concluded by the researcher are that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and innovative behavior, that is, assuming that the higher the teacher's self-efficacy, the higher the teacher's innovative behavior. Vice versa, where rxy = 0.557 with significant p = 0.000 <0.010. It can be said that the subjects of this study, namely the teachers of SMK Musda Perbaungan, have high Self Efficacy and Innovative Behavior.en_US
