Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : minat beli konsumen terhadap tanaman Aglaonema di daerah penelitian dan mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen terhadap tanaman Aglaonema di daerah penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa Bangun Sari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang secara sengaja (purvosive). Alasan memilih lokasi penelitian ini adalah karena desa Bangun Sari merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa yang sebagian besar penduduknya bermata pencarian sebagai petani tanaman Aglaonema. Penentuan sampel konsumen dilakukan secara sengaja (purvosive), yaitu 3 Konsumen dari setiap petani sampel dan sampel didapat dari petani penjual Aglaonema. Maka jumlahnya menjadi 90 konsumen Aglaonema. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan dengan menggunkan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat beli konsumen terhadap Aglaonema di daerah penelitian adalah tinggi yaitu sebesar 40.00 %. Secara simultan faktor budaya, faktor sosial, faktor pribadi dan faktor psikologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen terhadap Aglaonema dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 26,882 > F-tabel (2,48) dan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial faktor budaya, faktor sosial dan faktor psikologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen terhadap Aglaonema, sedangkan faktor pribadi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. This study aims to determine: consumer buying interest in Aglaonema ornamental plants in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency and find out what factors influence consumer buying interest in Aglaonema ornamental plants in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research was conducted in the village of Bangun Sari, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency intentionally (purvosively). The reason for choosing the location of this research is because Bangun Sari village is one of the villages located in Tanjung Morawa District where most of the residents make a living as ornamental plant farmers. Determination of consumer samples is done purposively, namely 3 consumers from each sample farmer and samples obtained from farmers selling Aglaonema ornamental plants. So the number becomes 90 consumers of Aglaonema Ornamental Plants. Data analysis was done descriptively and by using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that consumer buying interest in Aglaonema ornamental plants in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency was high at 40,00%. Simultaneously, cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors have a significant effect on consumer buying interest in Aglaonema ornamental plants with an F-count value of 26,882 > F-table (2.48) and a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, cultural factors, social factors and psychological factors have a significant effect on consumer buying interest in Aglaonema ornamental plants, while personal factors have no significant effect.
