Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas karyawan di UMKM Galeri Ulos Sianipar. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 52 karyawan di UMKM Galeri Ulos Sianipar. Pengambilan sampelnya mempergunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan model skala likert.Dalam mengukur kepuasan kerja menggunakan aspek menurut Jewell dan Siegall (dalam Prestawan, 2010) adalah: Aspek psikologis, Aspek fisik, dan Aspek sosial. Selanjutnya loyalitas disusun berdasarkan aspek menurut Gouzali (2000) diantaranya: Ketaatan atau kepatuhan, Tanggung jawab, Pengabdian, dan Kejujuran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode analisis korelasi Spearman, diketahui bahwa ada adanya hubungan positif anatara kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas kerja pada karyawan UMKM Galeri Ulos Sianipar, dimana rxy = 0,537 dengan signifikan p = 0.000 < 0,050. Dengan asumsi, semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan kerja maka semakin tinggi tingkat loyalitas kerja pada karyawan UMKM Galeri Ulos Sianipar. Sebaliknya, Semakin rendah tingkat kepuasan kerja maka semakin rendah pula tingkat loyalitas kerja pada karyawan UMKM Galeri Ulos Sianipar. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan diterima.Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,289. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berkontribusi terhadap loyalitas kerja sebesar 28,9%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata hipotetik dan empirik dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tergolong sedang dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 55 dan nilai mean empirik sebesar 53,75. Selanjutnya dapat disimpulkan juga bahwa loyalitas kerja tergolong sedang dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 62,5 dan nilai empirik sebesar 59,31. This study aims to determine the correlation between job satisfaction and employee loyalty at UMKM Galeri Ulos Sianipar. The population of this study were 52 employees at Ulos Sianipar Gallery Umkm. Sampling using total sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale model. In measuring job satisfaction, Jewell and Siegall (in Prestawan, 2010) use the following aspects: psychological aspects, physical aspects, and social aspects. urthermore, loyalty is arranged based on aspects according to Gouzali (2000) including: Obedience or obedience, Responsibility, Devotion, and Honesty. Based on the results of the analysis using the Spearman correlation analysis method, it is known that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and job loyalty in Ulos Sianipar UMKM Gallery employees, where rxy = 0.537 with a significant p = 0.000 < 0.050. Assuming, the higher the level of job satisfaction, the higher the level of work loyalty among the employees of the Ulos Sianipar UMKM Gallery. On the other hand, the lower the level of job satisfaction, the lower the level of work loyalty among the employees of the Ulos Sianipar UMKM Gallery. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is r2 = 0.289. This shows that job satisfaction contributes to job loyalty by 28.9%. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothetical and empirical mean values, it can be concluded that job satisfaction is classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean value of 55 and an empirical mean value of 53.75. Furthermore, it can be concluded that work loyalty is classified as moderate with a hypothetical value of 62.5 and an empirical value of 59.31.
