Hubungan Body Image Dengan Kepercayaan Diri Pada Wanita Dewasa Awal Sekolah Pramugari Sumatera Flight Education Center

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara body image dengan kepercayaan diri wanita dewasa awal sekolah pramugari sumatra flight education center. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh wanita dewasa awal sekolah pramugari berjumlah 70orang, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan perposive sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala body imagedan skala kepercayaan diri yang diukur dengan menggunakan bentuk skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai signifikasi korelasi p= 0,000<0,05, artinya ada hubungan positif antara body image dengan kepercayan diri pada wanita dewasa awal pramugari di sumatra utara flight education center, dengan koefisien determinan (r2)sebesar 0,427atau 42,7%. Dengan kata lain, hipotesis diterima. Body Image tergolong sedang (mean empirik = 77,87>mean hipotetik= 75 dimana selisih nya lebih dari bilang SD= 11,178), dan untuk kepercayaan diri tergolong tinggi (mean empirik= 66,83> mean hipotetik= 57,5 dimana selisih nya lebih dari bilangan SD= 7,363). This study aims to see the correlation between body image and the self-confidence of early adult women at the flight education center of the flight education center of flight education center. The population of this study were all 70 female early female flight attendants, and the sample in this study amounted to 60 people, the sampling technique used was perposive sampling. This research method uses quantitative methods. Data collection uses a body image scale and a selfconfidence scale which is measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment Correlation technique.The results showed the significance value of the correlation p = 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there was a positive relationship between body image and self-confidence in early adult female flight attendants in North Sumatra flight education center, with a determinant coefficient (r2) of 0.427 or 42.7%. In other words, the hypothesis is accepted. Body Image is moderate (empirical mean = 77.87> hypothetical mean = 75 where the difference is more than SD = 11,178), and for self-confidence it is high (empirical mean = 66.83> hypothetical mean = 57.5 where the difference is more than SD = 7,363).
