Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi dan Keputusan Pendanaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2022

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine price earning ratio and debt equity ratio on price book value in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study are all mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period, which are 44 companies, with purposing sampling technique so that 6 companies are obtained as samples with an observation period of five years (2016-2020). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the results showed that partially price earning ratio (x1) had a positive and significant effect on price book value. While the debt equity ratio (x2) had a positive and significant effect on price book value. However, simultaneously price earning ratio (x1) and debt equity ratio (x2) have a significant effect on y on price book value by 55,91%, and the rest is explained by other factors outside the variables not examined in this study. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi dan Keputusan Pendanaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020 yaitu sebanyak 44 perusahaan, dengan teknik penarikan sampel purposing sampling sehingga didapat 6 perusahaan sebagai sampel dengan periode pengamatan selama lima tahun (2016-2020). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial keputusan investasi (x1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan keputusan pendanaan (x2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun secara simultan keputusan investasi (x1) dan keputusan pendanaan (x2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap y terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 55,91%, dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
