Abstract: Pantai dapat menciptakan kesan dan rasa menyenangkan setiap orang yang berkunjung. Perancangan pantai buatan menghadirkan konsep perancangan yang efektif dan fungsional, maka perlu mempertimbangkan aspek baik dari segi fisik maupn non fisik. Dengan penekanan terhadap Apek Lingkungan Maupun Fungsi. Perancangan dengan menerapkan Tepi Air (waterfront) penting untuk mengharmoniskan antara Lingkungan/lahan dan air serta penggunanya agar dapat berperan timbal balik. Konsep Tepi air untuk desain massa dan bentuk bangunan menyediakan sarana-sarana dan prasarana untuk kegiatan rekreasi, seperti taman, arena bermain, dan fasilitas dengan pembangunan diarahkan tetap adanya badan air dan tetap mempertahankan keberadaan ruang terbuka.Pemanfaatan potensi alam berupa perairan laut dan pantai secara optimal dipadukan menjadi sebuah pemecahan dalam perancangan.
