dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang besarnya pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada garuda plaza hotel medan. Teknik analisis data digunakan analisis statistik regresi linier sederhana dan korelasi yang terlebih dahulu ata yang diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran angket data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of career development on employee performance at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis of simple linear regression and the first correlation or obtained by distributing quantitative data questionnaires using a Likert scale. | en_US |
