Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhprogram pelatihan, etos kerja, dan kepuasan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Direksi PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. Metodepenelitianinimenggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitiannya adalah survey.Sampel ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling sebanyak 92 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisisdenganmenggunakanregresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial dan simultan, variabel program pelatihan, etos kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Direksi PTPN III Medan. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,515 berari bahwa pengaruh dari program pelatihan, etos kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap perubahan kinerja karyawan di Kantor Direksi PTPN III Medan adalah sebesar 51,5%. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training programs, work ethics, and employee satisfaction on employee performance in the Office of the Directors of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. This research method uses quantitative approach, the type of research is survey. The sample is determined by a simple random sampling method of 92 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the variables of the training program, work ethic and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Office of the Directors of PTPN III Medan. The coefficient of determination of 0.515 means that the effect of the training program, work ethic and job satisfaction on changes in employee performance in the Office of the Directors of PTPN III Medan is 51.5%.
