Hubungan Konsep Diri dengan Kecemasan pada Remaja Narapidana di LP. Anak Kelas II A - Tanjung Gusta Medan

Abstract

Konsep diri merupakan gambaran yang dimiliki seseorang tentang dirinya, yang dibentuk melalui pengalaman-pengalaman yang diperoleh dari interaksi dengan lingkungan. Konsep diri bisa bersifat psikis, fisik dan sosial. Pengetahuan kita mengenai Konsep Diri sangatlah penting. Karena, seringkali kesulitan-kesulitan atau masalah-masalah yang kita hadapi dalam hidup ini sumbemya berasal dri diri kita sendiri, pikiran dan perasaan kita yang pada akhirnya kita pun menjadi merasa rendah diri, cemas yang berlebihan. Hal itu juga berpengaruh kepada kecemasan, karena rasa cemas sangat dipengaruhi oleh aspek lingkungan dan individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara konsep diri dan kecemasan di LP. Anak Klas II A tanjung Gusta Medan. Berdasarkan uraian teoritis, maka diajukan hipotesa dari penelitian yang berbunyi ada hubungan antara konsep diri dengan kecemasan pada remaja narapidana. Untuk membuktikan hipotesa diatas, maka digunakan metode Analisis Korelasi Product Moment, dimana hasil analisis diperoleh sebagai berikut: 1 ). Koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,111 ; p > 0,050. 2) Sumbangan penelitian ini adalah 1,2%. Terdapat 98,8% faktor lain terhadap konsep diri yang mungkin tidak terlihat. Self-concept is the image that a person has of himself, which formed through experiences gained from interaction with environment. Self-concept can be psychological, physical and social. Our knowledge of Self concept is very important. Because, often the difficulties or problems that we face in this life the source comes from ourselves, thoughts and our feelings that in the end we feel inferior, worried that excessive. It also affects anxiety, because anxiety very influenced by environmental and individual aspects. This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between self-concept and and anxiety in LP. Children Class II A Tanjung Gusta Medan. Based on the theoretical description, Then a hypothesis is proposed from the research which reads that there is a relationship between self concept with anxiety in juvenile prisoners. To prove the hypothesis above, then Product Moment Correlation Analysis method is used, where the results of the analysis obtained as follows: 1). Correlation coefficient rxy = 0.111 ; p > 0.050. 2) Research contributions this is 1.2%. There are 98.8% of other factors on self-concept that may not seen.
