This study aims to see the relationship between spiritual intelligence and selfregulation in class XI SMA Ar-Rahman Medan. The sample in this study were 90 class XI students, with the sampling technique using total sampling, namely sampling where the number of samples was the same as the population. Data were collected using two Likert scales, namely spiritual intelligence scale with selfregulation scale. Test data analysis using the correlation technique (rxy) obtained results of 0.521 with a significant p = 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and self-regulation in students. Spiritual intelligence is also classified as high, this is indicated by the empirical mean = 97.53> the hypothetical mean 72.5 where the difference exceeds the number one SD = 12.638. Self-regulation is also classified as high, this is indicated by the empirical mean = 163.24> the hypothetical mean 125 where the difference exceeds the number one SD = 21.632.The coefficient of determination of this correlation is r2 = 0.271 meaning that spiritual intelligence makes an effective contribution to selfregulation. amounted to 27.1%. As for 72, the remaining 9% is influenced by other factors, namely individual factors, behavioral factors and environmental factors. As for the other factors described above, it can be concluded that spiritual intelligence is not the only factor that influences self-regulation in class XI students of SMA Ar-Rahman Medan.
