Hubungan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kepuasan Pernikahan Masyarakat di Desa Muka Sei Kuruk Dusun Arung Gajah Aceh Tamiang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Kepuasan Pernikahan Masyarakat Di Desa Muka Sei Kuruk Dusun Arung Gajah Aceh Tamiang.Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Skala Kepuasan Pernikahan Menurut Rumondor, Paramita, Geni, dan Francis (2012) dalam membangun Alat Ukur Kepuasan Pernikahan ada sembilan aspek kepuasan pernikahan: Komunikasi, Keseimbangan pembagian peran, Kesepakatan, Keterbukaan, Keintiman, Keintiman sosial dalam relasi, Seksualitas, Finansial, Spiritualitas. Pratminingsih (2006) unsur-unsur komunikasi adalah: Sumber informasi (source), Encoding, Pesan (Message), Media, Decoding, Feedback (Umpan Balik), Hambatan (Noise). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode analisis korelasi r Product Moment, diketahui bahwa ada ada hubungan positif komunikasi dengan kepuasan pernikahan. Dengan asumsi semakin baik komunikasi maka semakin tinggi kepuasan pernikahan, sebaliknya semakin buruk komunikasi maka kepuasan pernikahan semakin rendah, dimana rxy = 0,694 dengan signifikan p = 0.000 < 0,050. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,481. Ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan pernikahan sebesar 48,1%. Berdasarkan perbandingan kedua nilai rata-rata diatas (hipotetik dan zempirik), maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal tergolong sedang dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 62,5 dan empiric sebesar 66,80 dan kepuasan pernikahan tergolong sedang dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 62,5 dan empiric sebesar 66,80. This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and community marriage satisfaction in Muka Sei Kuruk Village, Arung Gajah Aceh Tamiang Hamlet. Based on the results of the analysis with the correlation analysis method r Product Moment, it is known that there is a positive relationship between communication and marriage satisfaction. With the assumption that the better the communication, the higher the marriage satisfaction, on the contrary the worse the communication, the lower the marriage satisfaction, where rxy = 0.694 with significant p = 0.000 <0.050. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is equal to r2 = 0.481. This shows that communication contributes to marriage satisfaction by 48.1%. Based on the comparison of the two average values above (hypothetical and zempirical), it can be stated that interpersonal communication is moderate with a hypothetical mean value of 62.5 and empiric of 66.80 and marriage satisfaction is moderate with a hypothetical value of 62.5 and empiric. amounting to 66.80.
