Abstract: Bawang merah adalah salah satu kebutuhan pokok, yang tidak dapat dihindari oleh konsumen rumah tangga sebagai pelengkap bumbu masakan sehari-hari. Peningkatan produksi bawang merah perlu dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen Pupuk organik berperan dalam memperbaiki sifat tanah serta meningkatkan ketersediaan unsur hara dalam meningkatkan produksi bawang merah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompos limbah jagung dan pupuk organik cair keong mas dalam pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang merah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, yaitu : kompos limbah jagung dan pupuk organik cair keong mas. Kompos limbah jagung terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan, yaitu: K0= tanpa kompos limbah jagung (kontrol), K1= kompos limbah jagung 45 g/polybag, K2= kompos limbah jagung 90 g/polybag, K3 = kompos limbah jagung 135 g/polybag, K4= kompos limbah jagung 180 g/polybag. Sedangkan pupuk organik cair terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu: P0= tanpa pupuk organik cair (kontrol), P1= pupuk organik cair keong mas dengan konsentrasi 3%, P2= pupuk organik cair keong mas dengan konsentrasi 6%, P3= pupuk organik cair keong mas dengan konsentrasi 9%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian kompos limbah jagung tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah umbi, diameter umbi, bobot umbi basah per tanaman sampel, bobot umbi basah per plot, bobot umbi kering per tanaman sampel, dan bobot umbi kering per plot, tetapi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah daun. pupuk organik cair keong mas berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi, diameter umbi, bobot umbi kering per plot, tetapi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap umbi basah per tanaman sampel. Shallots is one of the basic needs, which cannot be avoided by household consumers as a complement to their daily cooking spices. Increased production of shallots needs to be done to meet consumer needs. Provision of organic fertilizer plays a role in improving soil properties and increasing the availability of nutrients in increasing the production of shallots. This research method used a factorial randomized block design consisting of 2 factors, namely: corn waste compost and golden snail liquid organic fertilizer. Corn waste compost consisted of 5 treatment levels, namely: K0 = without corn waste compost (control), K1 = corn waste compost 45 g/polybag, K2 = corn waste compost 90 g/polybag, K3 = corn waste compost 135 g/polybag , K4= corn waste compost 180 g/polybag. While the liquid organic fertilizer consisted of 4 levels, namely: P0 = without liquid organic fertilizer (control), P1 = golden snail liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 3%, P2 = golden snail liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 6%, P3 = golden snail liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 9%. The results showed that composting corn waste had no significant effect on plant height, tuber number, tuber diameter, wet tuber weight per sample, wet tuber weight per plot, dry tuber weight per sample, and dry weight per plot, but had a very significant effect on number of leaves. The application of liquid organic fertilizer of golden snails had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers, tuber diameter, tuber dry weight per plot, but very significant effect on wet tubers per sample plant .
