Pengaruh Etos Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Pegawai pada Balai Pemantapan Kawasan Hutan (BPKH) Wilayah I Medan

Abstract

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil yang berjumlah 80 orang, dengan menggunakan rumus slovin untuk melihat sampel didapat hasil untuk sampel penelitian ini adalah 67 orang. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang sudah disajikan, maka penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa: 1.Etos kerja berpengaruh dengan nilai positif 0.393 dengan sig 0.000 > 0.005 terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan pada BPKH Wilayah I medan, 2. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh dengan nilai positif 0.181 dan sig 0.007 > 0.005 terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan BPKH Wilayah I Medan, 3. Etos kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh dengan nilai positif 254.619 dan sig 0.000 terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan BPKH Wilayah I Medan. The population in this study were all civil servants totaling 80 people, using the Slovin formula to see the sample, the results for this research sample were 67 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been presented, the authors conclude that: 1. Work ethic has a positive value of 0.393 with sig 0.000 > 0.005 on the effectiveness of employee performance at BPKH Region I Medan, 2. Work discipline has a positive value of 0.181 and sig. 0.007 > 0.005 on the effectiveness of the performance of BPKH Region I Medan employees, 3. Work ethic and work discipline have a positive value of 254,619 and sig 0.000 on the effectiveness of the performance of employees of BPKH Region I Medan.
