Pengaruh Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Kelangsungan UMKM Studi pada Kabupaten Karo

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan pengaruh terhadap ekonomi, sosial, dan politik tidak saja negara-negara besar akan tetapi hamper seluruh negara di dunia. Rasanya tidak ada satu negarapun yang tidak terdampak pandemic COVID-19 saat ini. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang terdampak terutama pada sisi ekonomi. Indonesia yang didominasi oleh Usaha Mikro,kecil,dan Menengah (UMKM) perlu memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap sektor ini karena kontribusi UMKM terhadap pereknomian nasional yang cukup besar. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pandemic COVID-19 terhadap kelangsungan UMKM pada Kabupaten Karo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah para pelaku UMKM di Kab.Karo sebanyak 55 orang dari bidang usaha yang berbeda.Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Data pada penelitian ini bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder dan proses pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh Pandemi COVID-19 berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kelangsungan UMKM pada Kab.Karo. Dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0,966 dan signifikan ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0.001. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the economy, social and politics of not only big countries but almost all countries in the world. It seems that there is not a single country that is not affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic. Indonesia is one of the most affected countries, especially on the economic side. Indonesia, which is dominated by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) needs to pay special attention to this sector because the contribution of MSMEs to the national economy is quite large. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to determine the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the survival of MSMEs in Karo Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population is the MSME actors in Karo Regency as many as 55 people from different business fields. The data analysis technique in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The data in this study were sourced from primary data and secondary data and the data collection process used interviews and questionnaires. From the results of the study, it was found that the COVID-19 pandemic had a significant positive effect on the survival of MSMEs in Karo district. Where positive is indicated by a value of 0.966 and significant is indicated by a value of 0.001
