Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Self Efficacy, dan Karakter Wirausaha Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha pada Siswa/i Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Swasta Nila Harahap

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Self Efficacy, Dan Karakter Wirausaha Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Pada Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Swasta Nila Harapan”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa/i SMK Nila Harapan sebanyak 116 murid. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari populasi berdasarkan metode slovin sebanyak 90 responden. Berdasarkan Uji T, Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan (X1) dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,402 > 1,988) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,018 < 0,05, kemudian variabel Self Efficacy (X2) diperoleh thitung > ttabel (3,847 > 1,988) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, dan variabel terakhir yaitu Karakter Wirausaha (X3) dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,143 > 1,988) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. Maka dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Self Efficacy, dan Karakter Wirausaha secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Pada Siswa/i Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Nila Harapan. Berdasarkan Uji F, nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (11,871 > 3,10) atau signifikan (sig.) < 5% (0.000 < 0.05) artinya bahwa variabel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Self Efficacy, dan Karakter Wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Pada Siswa/i Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Nila Harapan menunjukkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Koefisien Determinasi (R2) = R2 X 100%, sehingga diperoleh R2 = 0,268 atau 26,8%. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 26,8% Minat Berwirausaha (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh varibel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Self Efficacy, dan Karakter Wirausaha. Sisanya sebesar 73,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine "The Influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Self Efficacy, and Entrepreneurial Character on Entrepreneurial Interest in Nila Harapan Private Vocational High School (SMK) Students". This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of SMK Nila Harapan as many as 116 students. The number of samples used in this study was taken from the population based on the slovin method as many as 90 respondents. Based on the T test, Entrepreneurship Knowledge (X1) with a value of tcount > ttable (2.402 > 1.988) with a significant level of 0.018 <0.05, then the Self Efficacy variable (X2) obtained tcount > ttable (3.847 > 1.988) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0 .05, and the last variable is Entrepreneurial Character (X3) with a value of tcount > ttable (3.143 > 1.988) with a significant level of 0.002 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the variables of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Self Efficacy, and Entrepreneurial Character partially have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest in Nila Harapan Vocational High School (SMK) Students. Based on the F test, the value of Fcount > Ftable (11.871 > 3.10) or significant (sig.) < 5% (0.000 < 0.05) means that the variables of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Self Efficacy, and Entrepreneurial Character have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest in Students /i The Nila Harapan Vocational High School (SMK) shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R2) = R2 X 100%, so that we get R2 = 0.268 or 26.8%. This figure shows that 26.8% Interest in Entrepreneurship (the dependent variable) can be explained by the variables of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Self Efficacy, and Entrepreneurial Character. The remaining 73.2% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
