Selanjutnya standard error of estimate ( SEE) sebesar 9,76994 angka akurasinya adalah 100% - 9,76994 = 90,23006%. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between individual work environment and employee emotional intelligence with job burnout of North Sumatra state police school employees. The research method is a quantitative descriptive correlative type with a correlative study pattern by placing the research variables in two groups, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research population is the employees of the North Sumatra State Police School. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique with the number of selected samples as many as 34 people. The data collection method used the individual work environment scale, employee emotional intelligence scale and job burnout. Analysis of research data shows that there is a significant positive relationship between individual work environment and job burnout, which is indicated by the coefficient rx1y=0.162 and p<0.01, for the two hypotheses above, product moment analysis technique is used, a significant relationship between the individual work environment and emotional intelligence of employees with job burnout of North Sumatra state police school employees as indicated by the coefficient F=1.187 and R (regression coefficient) = 0.267 while R2 = 0.071 with 0.000 (p<0.01). Furthermore, the standard error of estimate (SEE) is 9.76994, the accuracy is 100% - 9.76994 = 90.23006%. The third hypothesis in this study is to use multiple regression analysis.
