Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan perilaku inovatif pada guru di SMK Musda Perbungan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 orang, yang merupakan Guru. Hal ini sejalan dengan landasan teori yang ada maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif antara komitmen organisasi dengan perilaku inovatif pada Guru. Dengan asumsi semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi, maka semakin tinggi perilaku inovatif, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah komitmen organisasi maka semakin rendah perilaku inovatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala komitmen organisasi dengan skala perilaku inovatif. Teknik pengambilan data sampel menggunakan Total Sampling. Berdasarkan koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan variabel X dan variabel Y sebesar r2 = 0,891, ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berkontribusi terhadap perilaku inovatif sebesar 89,1%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan perilaku inovatif sangat kuat. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan perilaku inovatif. Hal ini ditunjukkan koefisien rxy = 0,944 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,050 yang berarti hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu ada hubungan positif antara komitmen organisasi dengan perilaku inovatif dinyatakan diterima. The aim of this research is to knowing relation between organizational commitment with innovative behavior for teachers in vocational high school of Musda Perbaungan. The sample of this study were 41 teachers. Based on the theoritical basis that were existed, the hypothesis proposed in this study, there was a positive relation between organizational commitment and innovative behavior of teachers. The higher assumption of the organizational commitment, the higher of innovative behavior, and the lower of the organizational commitment, the lower of the innovative behavior. The research use a quantitative approach with correlation research design. The data collection was obtained by using a Likert scale. This study used organizational commitment scale and innovative behavior scale. Techniques of data collection was conducted by using total sampling. Based on the determinant coefficient (r2) of variable relationship X and variable Y of r2 = 0.891, this indicates that organizational commitment contributes to innovative behavior by 89.1%. This shows that the relation between organizational commitment and innovative behavior is very strong. The data analysis was conducted by using Pearson Product Moment. Based on the data analysis, the results showed, there was a significant relationships between organizational commitment and innovative behavior. This is indicated by the coefficient of rxy = 0.944 with p = 0.000 <0.050. It means, there was a positive relation between organizational commitment and innovative behavior of teachers.
